Personally, I’m a professional chef, diploma Accademia Italiana Chef (100/100), and Sommelier diploma FISAR (the Italian Association of Sommelier, Hoteliers, and Restaurateurs), I am always at the customer’s disposal, preparing the entire meal from scratch, on the spot, from the starter to the dessert.
Following the dictates of a genuine and quality cuisine, I use only fresh, seasonal ingredients and preferably local.
The oil is always and only extra virgin olive oil except for frying where I prefer corn oil.
The private dinners with a professional chef at your disposal, then in a place all to yourself, will not be forgotten and are one of the best souvenirs to take home.
Each dish is entirely homemade, following home culinary traditions. This is because it is prepared in a typical Italian kitchen and not in a restaurant.
The dishes that I prepare recall the Tuscan culinary tradition, Italian and regional in general; my particular attention is on homemade pasta which for years I have been preparing with fresh chicken eggs and top-quality flours.
I have had a bed and breakfast for only 3 years but my activity as a traveling cooking class instructor and professional chef at home has lasted for 12 years with my company: Cuoche in Vacanza (Chefs on Vacation).
